The Deanship of Development and Quality (DDQ) has launched the first part of the "Leadership Empowerment" training program on Sunday 1 / 6 / 1441 A.H. corresponding to 26 / 1 / 2020. This program is delivered to elite of the university leaders from the both female and male sections. The objectives of the program are to deepen participants' conviction of their leadership abilities, build transformative leadership behaviors, explore lead patterns for participants, to apply leadership tools in the working environment, develop team's capabilities effectively, practice leadership in the working environment, and transfer learning experiences to the team. This program is going to be offered over a four-month period with a total of 58 training hours. Participants who pass the program successfully would receive a completion certificate from the Global Office of Senior Trainers Academy (GOOSTA). The DDQ's Dean, Dr. Fahad Al-Sahli, and the Vice Dean for Development, Dr. Sultan Al-Malki, expressed their thanks and gratitude to the University Rector and the Vice-Rector for Development and Quality for their unlimited support to the success of these quality programs which will, in turn, contributes to the development of the knowledge, skills and competencies of the faculty members. Further, this would serve to achieve the university VMOs. They also expressed their thanks and gratitude to the work team of the Vice-Rectorate for Development and Quality and the DDQ for their efforts in organizing this program and wished the participants the success in the program.
