Duties of the unit’s Director:
- Supervising the work of the Human Resources Unit to ensure its good performance.
- Facilitating administrative, financial and service procedures for the Deanship's employees.
- Following-up the Dean’s employees starting and leaving the work and submitting that to the Director of Administrative Affairs.
- Following up employees’ conditions and submitting periodic reports about them.
- Developing the skills and enhancing the performance efficiency of the Dean’s employees in coordination with the Vice Deanship for Development.
- Enhancing the awareness of the Dean's employees of the current regulations, rules and laws and what on that.
- Providing an appropriate and motivating work environment for the Dean's employees.
- Completing and finalizing transactions in the main university departments and various government agencies, such as passports, traffic, and other related transactions.
