Unit tasks:
1. Providing high-quality solutions with regard to training and developing the academic performance of the university staff, and following up on their implementation after approval.
2. Providing technical consultations regarding training and skills development for the university’s staff and units.
3. Providing facilities related to the academic development of the university’s staff as needed and the availability of the necessary resources.
4. Contributing to the dissemination of academic knowledge through training programs, seminars and conferences.
5. Suggesting initiatives, projects and strategies aimed at developing and improving the academic performance of the university's units and staff.
6. Supervising the coordination work with the university units to develop a unified training plan at the university level.
