Unit tasks:
1. Supervising the design and implementation of institutional studies that support the decision-making process of the university leaders.
2. Supporting development studies aimed at serving the university’s mission and objectives, and which help in improving and developing the performance of the university units and staff.
3. Coordinating and working with the relevant authorities when needed to work on the implementation of institutional studies related to their competencies or capabilities.
4. Establishing strategic relationships with expert houses and relevant authorities in a manner that it supports conducting the university’s institutional studies and consultations.
5. Providing consultations and technical support to academic leaders and faculty members that, in turn, improves and develops the performance, contributing to benefiting from the available capabilities, overcoming current and future challenges in coordination with the relevant authorities.
6. Preparing reports on the results of studies and recommendations and present them to the authorized person.
