Keeping pace with the recent developments in the policies and procedures of the National Center for Academic Accreditation & Assessment (NCAAA) in terms of the new revised forms, the development of standards and requirements for academic programs’ accreditation that goes simultaneously with PSAU’s ambitions in achieving academic programs’ accreditations, the DDQ organized a workshop entitled “Programs’ Specifications based on the NCAAA’s new revised forms” on Wednesday 17/2/1441A.H corresponding to 16/10/2019.
The workshop was delivered by the DDQ’s consultants Dr. Eid Rajab Abo Ezz and Dr. Najla Mustafa Abdullah to a large number of audience exceeding 70 faculty members. In this regard, Dr. Fahd Al-Sahali, Dean of DDQ, highlighted that achieving PSAU the full institutional academic accreditation from the NCAAA was a motivation for all the academic programs to really start the processes of achieving either national or international academic accreditation in a manner to attain the PSAU’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives. In addition, Al-Sahali indicated that these training workshops are considered part of an ambitious training plan through which the DDQ seeks to improve and enhance the quality of performance in all academic and administrative university units. As a result, PSAU would achieve excellence in administrative and academic performance that, in turn, will be reflected in the university's educational, research and community service outcomes.
