Duties of the unit’s Director:
- Supervising the work of the Administrative Communications Unit to ensure its proper performance.
- Receiving the unit’s correspondence, transactions and circulars received by the Deanship, recording and forwarding them to the concerned authority within the Deanship.
- Sending the transactions issued by the Deanship and its various units and directing them to the other units outside the Deanship.
- Saving and archiving outgoing and incoming transactions.
- Responding to the reviewers’ queries regarding transactions.
