Deanship of Development and Quality organized for the first time "Board of Assessors" program as a contribution from the Deanship of Development and Quality in disseminating the culture of quality at all levels of the university. This program will provide faculty members with the essential training to enhance their skills to review and audit university programs according to international and national standards. The program will be held on different stages. The first stage was held on Sun-Mon 8-9 April and was attended by large numbers of faculty members form both sections male and female. In this stage, trainees ware introduced to the excellence performance. The trainees were given an overview about scoring system for process- based criteria, hands-on practice (guided practice in evaluating and scoring a process-based criteria), guidance on scoring system for results – based criteria, and hands-on practice (understanding the scoring guideline for results-based criteria). By conducting such program, the Deanship of Development and Quality hopes that this program will provide participants with a set of knowledge and skills related to assessing academic programs according to the latest international and national standards to ensure their development and quality.
