In the basis of the University's continuous efforts to achieve a distinguished position among the universities in Saudi Arabia, HE Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Hamed, the Rector of the University, received the SSRI from the Vice Rector for Development and Quality, Dr. Nasser bin Saad Al Qahtani and the Dean of Development and Quality, Dr. Fahad bin Saad Al Sahli in Tuesday 25/12/2018 corresponding to 18/04/1440 H. This was part of the final stages taken by the university to achieve the academic accreditation from the NCAAA. His Excellency appreciates the efforts of the members of the self-study teams and the accuracy of the data and information reported. The the Vice Rectorate for Development and Quality indicated to the fact that the report has highlighted all the activities and operations within the university according to the specific criteria supported by evidence and indicators. The Dean of Development and Quality stated that since the signing of the institutional accreditation contract with the NCAAA the University has completed the performance indicators reported for all the academic and administrative units of the university, which reflects the quality of its performance based on reference values and benchmarks. The report includes many strengths and good practices that distinguish the university from its counterparts, as well as the priorities of improvement that the university has to improve and develop. Consequently, the university would achieve excellence in performance, its Vision and Mission stemming from the vision of the Kingdom 2030 that, in turn, would attain distinguished education and graduates that are able to compete in the internal and external labor markets, and lead scientific research and community service meeting the needs and aspirations of our leadership.
