Unit tasks:
1. Providing high-quality solutions with regard to developing the performance of the university’s units and increasing their efficiency in serving the university's mission and objectives.
2. Enhancing and ensuring institutional effectiveness towards achieving optimal performance to achieve the university's objectives.
3. Monitoring and following up the reputation and mental image of the university and working on developing qualitative initiatives to support the university in cooperation with the relevant authorities and following up their implementation.
4. Developing and improving the university's visual and digital identity as needed.
5. Reinforcing the relationship between the university’s staff and units with stakeholders in a way that promotes the development and improvement of the work environment and its efficiency.
